Levente Toth yep that track was inspired by a visit to that ruined monastery, nice Tuscan landscape and suddenly this huge abbey "skeleton", only thing that ruins the atmosphere is the endless supply of tourist buses with loud crowds :)

Levente Toth At the moment having a big hiatus , only a compilation album with medieval themed tracks (Convivium) just out now on Spotify etc and an Amazon CD. I hope next year I get back to some inspiration, the theme of next project is ready
Levente Toth Lots of very big developments and need for long term care in my home country for my mother, so the stress just got to me I guess, around spring time I had no creative neurons firing at all and it persisted since :/

Levente Toth thanks Mick, the change of scenery helped a lot and she is much better now but needed nonstop care, so it was a major endeavour to find such and arrange it back home. So hopefully I get back to my synths, only had creative juices for non-musical side i.e. released some new sound banks for one of my gizmos.

Dr Mick Magic PsD This clearly has more a neo-classical influence than of the early electronic pioneers, I would be interested to hear of your influences?
Levente Toth I am very admittedly a Vangelis-influenced case :) When I was a kid, my first electronic artist I became aware of was him, and I am still a big fan of how he can fuse the style of any music from any era and any ethnic tradition with electronics... I like to travel around a bit to medieval music and Early Music elements, so this track is also a bit like that but with a nod to sequenced patterns and Berlin School :)
