The soundtrack from the exhibition, SPORT BD ET IMMIGRATION, presented by L'Association des Espagnoles de Charentee APFEEF, a fellowship of largely football mad Spanish ex-pats in Ruelle-sur-Touvre, France. Taking place over a week in March, the activities and presentations included cinema (most notably, in our humble opinion, Eric Cantona's 2014 documentary, "Foot et immigration: 100 ans d'histoire commune"), talks and debates (including guests such as former Cameroon international, Jean Claude Mbvoumin, pictured in the newspaper clipping below), literary café and all manner of entertainment (flamenco)! Plus, of course, the works and installations of the PASÉO-SCULPTÉ art collective, for which Camembert Électrique was commissioned to provide an accompanying soundtrack. Having previously recorded a couple of works for the French label, not least being UnCaged: 33'4'', we were very keen to get involved, especially when the man at the top, Yann Pillas, told us that compositions based around football would be the most welcome, as that particular sport would rightfully (!) form the biggest part of the exhibition.

Now you know us, if we get any chance to shout about our beloved A.F.C. Wimbledon, we take it! However, with projects coming out of our ears at the moment and doubts about whether we'd have the time to do something new, I asked Yann if maybe the tracks on our "The A.F.C. Songs Single" would be suitable for inclusion. We were really keen to spread the club's name, but obviously, these songs were already available elsewhere and we would have understood if the answer had been no merci. As luck would have it, it wasn't.

"Perfect!" He says.

Bugger it, we'd MAKE time! Come have a look what we did with it...
