01. Magic Bullet - We Wish You A Merry Xmas (3:03)
Love it or loathe it, it's nearly upon us!
From the Camembert Électrique compilation album, "ApocalyXmas Now" (December
2022)

02. Conny Plankton - In Winter Yule (Misrule Mix) (4:32)
A special mix by Kev Trundley exclusively
for our Xmas show, nice man. The original version comes from the album "In
Winter" (January 2021)

03. Wilfried Hanrath - Stille Nacht (3:25)
Recorded especially for the show by our
fellow EFSPACM member, based in Wuppertal, Germany. A few strange parallels
to my own musical history here; started young, then abandoned his dreams for
all that regular life stuff - you know, studying, job, family et al - but
whereas I got to the "what the fuck am I doing with my life" thing at 28, he
actually saw it through and didn't come back to sound creation until he was
50. 16 years on, still going strong...

04. Magic Bullet - Stille Nacht (8:25)
Originally recorded for Xmas 2019, from the
album "Curiositas" (April 2020)

05. The Phlod-Nar - (Not So) Silent Night (3:27)
Also from the Camembert Électrique
compilation album, "ApocalyXmas Now", this is the work of Dutch composer,
Randolph, currently residing in Belgium and enjoying making out of the box
sounds since 1996.

06. Shaun Robert - Saturnalianode (1:57)
You know who he is!!!
https://shaunrobert.bandcamp.com/music
07. {AN} Eel - I'm Dreaming (2:23)
Experimental vocalist based in Toronto,
Canada, and another fellow EFSPACM member to boot. As well as solo and
collaborative works, he produces a series of compilations on his netlabel
(which would be called Charlie Dog Records if it actually had a name), the
most significant of which is the 'Two Halves' series, putting artists
together from all around the world to create something between them that
neither would probably have come up with alone. Cool, huh...
Oh, the track is from the Default Standard
Records compilation album, "White Noise Christmas" (December 2021)

08. Christ & Satan - Santa Claus Is The Antichrist (1:16)
Vintage M&E fayre from their "Dark Side Of
The Sausage" EP (March 1989), the work of Philip Hutchinson and Peter
Hussey, I'm not sure which was which. I was responsible for the "give me a
fucking mince pie" line (which had to be edited for radio, sadly). They
shortened the name to Christ later the same year, following a successful
exorcism, going on to release several cassette albums. Philip is now
part of Lucky Dog Theatre Productions, describing himself as "actor,
puppeteer, tour guide, playwright, DJ, historian, Laurel & Hardy, not
straight." Peter Hussey is the proud possessor of a brand new life...
no
bandcamp, but a few tracks and free downloads on their entry in the A-Z of
M&E
09. Stormclouds - Santa Is A Spaceman (2:05)
The psychotronic talents of the late and
much lamented Steve Lines, here performing with the classic line up
alongside Louise Allen and Jim Xavier, originally from the "Christmas With
Stormclouds" cassette, released on M&E way back in January 1996...

10. Veronika Škutová - Christmas Under Reconstruction (2:55)
Electro-experimentalist based in
Bratislava, Slovakia. From the Camembert Électrique compilation album, "Def
Cember: Xmasia" (December 2021)
https://camembertelectrique.bandcamp.com/album/def-cember-xmasia
https://veronikaskutova.bandcamp.com
11. Melophobia - On The Road, At The Fair, Christmas Eve (We Live Among
Them) (3:04)
The sound creation project of
Dimitris Tsironis, the man behind Greek label, Default Standard Records,
though this track isn't taken from one of his own compilations, it's another
one from "ApocalyXmas Now"...
https://melophobia.bandcamp.com
12. Terbeschikkingstelling - For Magic Are A Jolly Good Bullit (3:25)
Volker Störtebeker can pronounce that name,
but then he would be able to, it's his project. Yet another fellow EFSPACM
member, this one being something of an experimental trombonist, here
offering a delightfully Bacchanalian party vibe, taken from Volume 3 of our
Communitas series...

13. Wham - Last Christmas (A Wilfried Hanrath Fun Mix) (5:18)
If you're a Wham fan and you have been
affected by listening to this track, support is available for you right here
on our website...
www.mickmagic.net/bless
14. Stormclouds - Auld Lang Syne (0:58)
Just a rehearsal, but amusing and perfect
for the show. Also available on the digitised version of "Christmas With
Stormclouds" linked above...
o
15. Magic Bullet & Twizz - I Want More Toys! (1:16)
And one of ours to close, also included on
"ApocalyXmas Now", and more recently on our best of collection,
"Centurion"...
