The name of every claimant will go in the hat and the winner will be the first one drawn out. If it's a downloadable album from Klappstuhl Records (KDL), who have graciously provided us with 65 of them to help us celebrate our 25th birthday, same again, but there can obviously be more than one winner. If it's an unlimited download (UDL), we already have it on Dropbox waiting, so everyone who wants a copy can have one. Just e-mail us and we'll get a link sent to you. If you don't have an account with Dropbox, don't worry, they are completely free, easy to set up and incredibly useful. Nobody need leave empty handed, enjoy muchly...

FREEBIES (HARDBACK BOOK &

2 X CD SET)

A very special one for you here - a hardcover copy of Tatiana Yegorova's official biography of Edward Artemiev, "Edward Artemiev's Musical Universe", published in English in 2007. It's a really fascinating read with plenty of photographic plates too, both in monochrome and colour. To make it extra special, we're offering this freebie with a double CD and booklet set of the maestro's opera of Dostoyevsky's "Crime And Punishment". It is presented in a beautiful fold out sleeve, plus comes with a libretto, just in case you want to sing along! If you'd like to seriously impress your visitors by having this serious piece of art on your coffee table, no hoops to jump through, just e-mail me and let me know you want it. Come Monday, when everything has calmed down and I get my life back, your name will go into the hat, et voila...

M&E 25th ANNIVERSARY STAR PRIZE

FREEBIES

(25 X CD's)

M&E 25th Anniversary Star Prize time - a selection of 25 CD albums from the wonderful Electroshock Records label, featuring many great luminaries from the world of electro-experimental music, including several albums by Edward Artemiev himself, one of them signed ("The Odyssey" soundtrack, centre)! Featured artists are - Stanislav Kreitchi, Anatoly Pereslegin, Oöphoi, Antanas Jasenka, Victor Cerullo, Richard Bone, Roman Stolyar, Valery Siver & Kiryll Trepakov, Alexei Borisov, Roderik De Man, Yney and Alexander Volodin. If you would like to be the owner of this magnificent collection of albums, simply make that fact known by e-mail and your name goes in the hat!
16:30 That's a lovely pile on Artemiy Artemiev and his Electroshock label, further information on both can be obtained from their official website - http://www.electroshock.ru - or the Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/Electroshock-Records-183021838426/ - we've also been featuring Jaws Of The Flying Carpet from Canada and the global co-op of the Rotton Kidz that was started by them, the particular album featured on our collection being recorded in Bangkok with Thai underground musicians. Although neither have any great web presence themselves, band member Oool Fjolkuniggr has music on Soundcloud - https://soundcloud.com/ulu-fjolkunnigr - and Reverbnation - https://www.reverbnation.com/ooolfjolkunnigr
FREEBIE (CD) And we have a copy of the Jaws Of The Flying Carpet's final CD, "Blue-Eyed Sunburned Easter Island Babies" (2004) up for grabs too. It was a great culmination to an interesting career, showing just what coherence can be achieved by improvisational means. I mean, go listen to the track on the FREE MUSIC PAGE, dig that crazy rhythm, daddio! Ahem, I digress. Anyway, if you'd like to add this to your collection, just e-mail me and tell me so, you're in the hat!
17:40 We've been watching Pornorphans videos and listening to their music on You Tube, quite a few if you Google them. Sadly, the band disappeared off the radar some years ago, and to the best of my knowledge, singer Jytt disappeared altogether. All that's left now is an old My Space account where you can still listen to a few tunes - https://myspace.com/pornorphans - and a Flickr account that has a great collection of photos - https://www.flickr.com/photos/tags/pornorphans/ - then we did Trespassers W from the Netherlands, couple of lives videos et al, you'll find their official website at - http://www.trespassersw.nl/

FREEBIES

(CD, UDL

& cassette)

And we have a copy of Pornorphans' sensationally excellent 2002 CD album, "Beyond Good & Evil", oh, just how much do we spoilt you? For Trespassers W, we have a copy of the cassette of "Buzz" that is featured on the UWU Collection. It's a special collection of live tracks, TV and radio clips and intimate moments recorded in the band's HQ, one of their "K-Septs Für Fans" series. If you'd like to get your mitts on either of these items, just send me your desires in an e-mail and your name will go in the hat on Monday morning. We also have a collection of Trespassers W bonus tracks, drawn from the other two cassettes in the series, "Dance" and "Cross", this is available as a free download, and as it's unlimited, everybody who wants one can have one. Just send me your e-mail address and I'll get a link sent to you in return.
18:25 We've been listening to Space Invaders from Croatia. Front man, Daniel Suljic, now quite a famous animator, has an official website which you'll find a music section in - http://www.danielsuljic.com/ - and we've been spinning a bit of Religious Overdose from Switzerland too. The band's career was tragically curtailed by the young death of front man and all round hero of the Swiss underground, Dietmar Gallhammer, so there's not a lot online, but I did find a website for ex-drummer, Thomas Peter, now involved in the world of electronic music - http://www.tpeter.ch/
FREEBIES (CD's) Got copies here of "Planet Blue" (1998) by Space Invaders and "Flatus Flow Rate" (1993) by Religious Overdose to give away. The RO one has three extra tracks to the M&E cassette version which is featured on the UWU Collection, so well worth grabbing. Of course, they're both worth having simply for being brilliant! If you'd like a stab at either, just e-mail me your intentions and you're in the hat!
P.S. ALTHOUGH WE WERE ORIGINALLY SUPPOSED TO BE SHUTTING DOWN AT 19:00 BST / UTC +1, WE LOST SO MUCH TIME COZ OF THAT FASCISTBOOK BLOCK YESTERDAY THAT I'M GOING TO STAY ON LATE AND FINISH THE JOB! TIME TO TURN THE PAGE AGAIN...
