Music & Elsewhere I've got a headache. Not Marc's fault, love the TMR stuff, bloody technical faults etc. Hope everybody else is experiencing this okay? Well, as we've mentioned Marc, and TMR Records, and done the link, may as well have a track from the original album, so here comes...

Music & Elsewhere And here's the first track, "Lights Turn Blue"...
Music & Elsewhere This is the original version, however, Marc's analogue remaster sounds even better. Vocals by the delightful Inga Leru-Kelly, of course. Reason I picked this track was coz Hecate's Dreams are on the collection and tis their Damien Page that did the excellent solo on here, at Marc's Brain Dead Studio, of course...

Music & Elsewhere Note that at no time did his fingers leave his hands...
Music & Elsewhere And credit to our own Sammi for the backing vocals too, who remembers the SJ Taylor that "all cheques should be made payable to" from back in the day? That's her, I married her!
Music & Elsewhere So, the next band chooses itself...

Music & Elsewhere This is "Bearded Lady" from their "Rape Of The
Fly" album, enjoy muchly...
Music & Elsewhere And here's what Damien and crew looked like in their homeland of Kent...

Music & Elsewhere Really pleased I was able to repair this track, had a nasty bit of dropout on the master cassette, so I found the same motif from the next time round in the song and patched it in, not bad, huh?
Music & Elsewhere You can see why I picked him for the solos on "Creavolution", huh?
Music & Elsewhere Enjoyed that. So where shall we go next? I know what you're thinking - "Why didn't you work out a playlist BEFORE you started, Magic!?" Good point. Well, Sam and Twizz were buggering off to Manchester for the weekend so I could sit here and listen to music all night and not worry about bedtimes. But then her friend was going to be later home, so they didn't go till 7 and I got much less time to set up than I thought and I was all on Tenderhooks (hence the choice of opening track) and I need to chill out a bit. I know...

Music & Elsewhere This is "Trunk Of The Tree", chilled as liquid
nitrogen...
Music & Elsewhere Never did have a picture of these guys, but here's the tape inlay at least (top of next column on website edit). Big personal favourite of mine is this track..

Music & Elsewhere A glass of cream soda, methinks, headache finally fading, do I get a poor Mickey?
Jan N. Kremski grow a pair!
Music & Elsewhere Um...
Music & Elsewhere Anybody else out there like to say hello? Please don't be shy? Even if you're completely unsympathetic (like that Jank!), anyone, I don't mind...
Duncan Pope HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!
Music & Elsewhere Bloody Facebook, you're miles past things by the time you spot these comments, and no notifications on 'events' either, you have to manually go back through and look for them. The social media you can only be as social as Zuckerberg says on. At least it's free. Unless you count being harvested as a price. And we do... :-(
Music & Elsewhere No? Next band then...

Music & Elsewhere This is "Lizard Baby"...

Music & Elsewhere And this is Karda Estra, lead by the ultra talented Richard Wileman...

Music & Elsewhere Mixing up the styles a bit this evening, wanted to give a sense of the great variety of underground styles M&E dealt with. Anyone interested in ordering a copy of our very reasonably priced 30+ hour mega collection can find details on the website (front page of), where you can also pick up the PDF booklet (60 pages) and check out exactly what you're getting before spending a penny. Talking of which, men of a certain age, back in 2 minutes...
Music & Elsewhere Legged it, no drips (thanks for sharing), talking of talented musicians, next band up is...

Music & Elsewhere And the track, "Tal Como Lo Oyes"...
Music & Elsewhere Spanish duo, always remind me a bit of ELP, though matching them would be impossible for any mere mortals, I'm sure!
